Your safety and the safety of your family, pets, and property is important. In case of an emergency, please follow these guidelines and contact the appropriate emergency services immediately. Do not attempt to handle dangerous situations on your own unless you are qualified and it is safe to do so.
Your safety is crucial. Always prioritize contacting the proper authorities or specialists for emergencies rather than attempting to resolve them on your own. We are here to assist with non-emergency situations and professional construction or renovation needs.
GBO Enterprises Ltd. will not be held responsible of any risks or actions taken by individuals during emergencies.
Before we begin any work, we kindly ask that you take a few simple but important steps to help us keep your environment safe and efficient.
1. Secure Pets and Children
Please ensure that all pets are leashed, crated, or kept indoors during our service to avoid risk of injury, escape, or aggression toward workers.
Children should be kept clear of the job site at all times for their safety and to allow our team to work without disruption or risk.
2. Clear Fragile or Personal Items
Remove delicate furniture, plants, decorations, or outdoor belongings near the work area to avoid accidental damage.
If we are pressure washing, repainting, or handling waste nearby, even small items may be affected by water, chemicals, or tools.
3. Inform Us About Hazards
It is the responsibility of the homeowner to let our team know about any:
• Loose steps, unstable platforms or surfaces
• Exposed screws, faulty valves, or old fixtures
• Cracks, leaks, or structural damage
• Areas that should not be touched or cleaned
This helps us avoid potential injuries or further damage and ensures you receive the safest service possible.
Liability & Disclaimer
GBO Enterprises Ltd. is not responsible for pre-existing damage, unreported structural issues, or newly revealed wear and tear that may be exposed during services such as pressure washing, plumbing, or demolition.
We will do our best to alert you to any visible concerns, but hidden or underlying damage may become apparent only after cleaning or repairs have begun.
During the Job
Our workers follow strict safety protocols and appreciate your cooperation to keep the area:
• Clear of obstacles, foot traffic, and distractions
• Safe from pets or animals that may interrupt or pose a risk
• Prepared for work with prior communication about expectations and specific requests
We also work around other contractors or your personal schedule when requested, so please let us know in advance if we need to adjust our timing or coordinate with others.
